How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Please don’t delete it before getting your parcel. The order number can be used to check your order status.
What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your transaction reference number and also provide us with a proof such as an image file. We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we won’t even ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.
What should I do if I want to change my items ordered?
Amending your order is allowed within 24-hour of purchasing the item. You may contact us via email@example.com to request for change.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
- Choose the item you want to order and then click “Checkout” button.
- You will then be transferred to our Customer Information page on the next page, fill-in the corresponding information needed.
- You will see a “Discount” field on the upper right most part of the page.
- You need to input the discount code and then click apply. You need to verify if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied on the breakdown listed below.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of order is allowed within 24-hour of purchasing the item. After 24-hour, cancellation will no longer be entertained. You may contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to request for cancellation. Please note that we will refund you within 48 hours once we accept your request, and it may take several days to get your money back.
How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed. Purchases shipped worldwide normally will arrive 10-20 days after the order date thought this may vary, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We currently provide two shipping options:
Express Shipping: 10-14 working days
Standard Shipping: 3-5 weeks
You can choose a suitable one according to your situation. Please notice that, the shipping time is out of control once your order has been shipped, and we can’t refund you postage resulted by irresistible causes.
